The Austin Bruins and Rochester Grizzlies are proud to announce the Southern Minnesota Bears, a U16 and U18 program designed to improve players’ skills with on-ice instruction, video sessions, and competition via scrimmages and NAPHL showcases.
With 20 hours of on-ice training per week, players will benefit from instruction by both Rochester Grizzlies (NA3HL) and Austin Bruins (NAHL) coaching staffs. Players will also receive video sessions with the coaches to better their progress and will get the chance to use their new skills in three NAPHL showcases and various scrimmages. These fall development teams aim to help players not only improve their skill, but will also expose players to both NAHL and NA3HL organizations.
The U16 and U18 AAA Fall Development Teams run from Monday, August 17, 2020 through the NAPHL Showcase which occurs near Mid-October (official event date TBA by the NAPHL in the near future). To learn more about the NAPHL and it’s annual showcase, head to www.naphl.com.
