To complete your registration for the St. Cloud, MN pre-draft camp please complete the following:
- Complete USA Hockey registration.
- Complete the camp registration form on this page.
- Complete USA Hockey consent to treat form (all players).
- Additionally, if you are Canadian Citizen, you must complete a Hockey Canada tryout notice. If you are neither a United States or Canadian Citizen, you must complete a IIHF tryout notice form.
- Submit payment for camp (above registration form).
Once registration form is completed and payment is processed, you will receive an E-mail confirmation. Please bring copies of all required items listed above to camp registration on Friday, June 2 from 2:30-3:30 PM.
