Gavin Morrissey Commits to Wisconsin

AUSTIN, MN – The Austin Bruins, proud members of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) are pleased to share that Forward Gavin Morrissey has announced his commitment to continue his education and play NCAA Division I hockey at the University of Wisconsin.

“I’m excited to announce my commitment to Wisconsin,” stated Gavin Morrissey. “Thanks to my family, teammates, coaches, and everyone who helped along the way!”

A native of Rochester Hills, Michigan, Gavin Morrissey is in his second season with the Bruins. In 101 career regular-season games, Morrissey has logged 22 goals and 50 assists for a total of 72 points. During the current Robertson Cup Playoff run, Morrissey has tallied 5 assists. Morrissey was initially committed to Minnesota State-Mankato.
