Bruins Tender Three Forwards

The Bruins announced the signing of three players to tender agreements Monday, inking forwards Josh Maucieri, Kyle Cote, and Kevin Fellows.

Maucieri, a ’99 birthyear from Crosby, Minnesota, comes from the Breezy Point North Stars (NA3HL), where he suited up in 19 regular season games plus two playoff contests, totaling two goals and nine assists. He joined the North Stars after a huge Senior year at Northern Lakes High, where he finished fourth in the state in scoring with 72 points (35 goals, 37 assists). Maucieri put up 131 points in 91 career high school games.

Kyle Cote is a ’98 is from Houston, Texas, who comes out of Shattuck St. Mary’s. He played over 200 games at the Midget level, putting up 55 goals and 73 assists over four seasons. He was fourth on the team with 39 points in 2016-17. Cote played 22 additional games in the NAPHL for Shattuck, racking up 17 points in 22 regular season contests and then adding five points (one goal, four assists) in four playoff games.

Kevin Fellows, a ’98 from Savage, MN suited up in the Bruins’ final home game of 2016-17 on March 25th and was impressive, picking up two assists in his NAHL debut. A graduate of Prior Lake High School, Fellows scored at least 23 points in each of his four high school seasons, finishing with 130 career points in 159 games. He also spent parts of his Sophomore, Junior, and Senior seasons playing for Team Southwest in the Upper Midwest Elite League.

The Bruins are holding two pre-draft camps: May 19th-21st in Fond Du Lac, WI and June 2nd-4th in St. Cloud, MN. The 2017 NAHL Entry Draft will take place on Tuesday, June 6th at 1:00 PM CT.
