Paint the Rink Pink is an annual game played by the Austin Bruins Hockey Club to support cancer research at The Hormel Institute in Austin, MN. Over 16 years, the Bruins organization has raised over $400,000 to benefit The Hormel Institute. One of the most popular aspects of Pink Night each season are the unique pink jerseys worn by the team each year. After the game, the Bruins players participate in various skits for the fans before the jerseys are auctioned off with all proceeds donated to The Hormel Institute.
