2017-18 Schedule Released

The North American Hockey League released the 2017-18 schedule on Friday, revealing that the Bruins will open the regular season on Wednesday, September 20th at the NAHL Showcase in Blaine, MN and host the Minnesota Wilderness for their home opener on Saturday, September 30th at 7:05 PM at Riverside Arena.

The Bruins eighth season will once again begin at the Showcase, the NAHL’s annual gathering of every one of its member teams in late September. While opponents have not yet been announced, the Bruins (and all teams) will play games September 20th-23rd at the Schwan Super Rink in Blaine.

After the Showcase, the Bruins play three of their next four games at home, starting with the home opener against the Wilderness on September 30th. They host the Janesville Jets on October 6th and 7th at Riverside Arena before the Brookings Blizzard come to town on October 14th.

The second annual “Healthy Habits” day game, will take place on Wednesday, October 25th against the Brookings Blizzard. “Paint the Rink Pink” is scheduled for Saturday, February 10th against the Minnesota Magicians.
